A band's DM gets buried and Friday ends up with no music.

You double-book a Saturday and have to let a good act down.

The booking app you tried takes £15 a gig, or a slice of every fee.
Running live music shouldn't feel like a second job.

We never take a cut of the gig.
What you agree with the act is what the act gets. No per-gig fees, no percentage, no surprises on the invoice.

For pubs and bars that put on live music every week
Every gig in one calendar. See which nights are booked and which still need an act, at a glance.
One thread per booking. Date, set times, fee and load-in, all in one place instead of ten inboxes.
Real availability. See when acts are actually free, then confirm in the app.
Find new acts nearby. Browse Plymouth bands, comedians and more, with clips, past gigs and reviews from other venues.
Keep your regulars. Invite the acts you already book, they join free.

Example band profile in the Setlist app.
A profile you'll actually be proud of
Your Setlist profile is your live CV. Clips, photos, the venues you've played, what people said about you. It's yours to build, and venues looking to book are already looking at it.
Show what you're like live. Videos, set lists, photos and reviews from real gigs.
Wear your gig history. Every show you play through Setlist adds to your profile, so your reputation builds itself.
Get followed. Fans and venues can follow you and see where you're playing next.
Confirm as a band, in one tap. Every member confirms the date in the app. No more losing gigs to a slow group chat.
Keep every penny. It's free for performers and we never take a cut of your fee.
One app. Venues and acts, together.
Venues and performers use the same Setlist app on iPhone and Android. You're looking at the same calendar and the same conversation, so nothing gets lost between you.

Questions
Does Setlist take a cut of the gig fee?
No, never. What you agree with the act is what they get.
How much does it cost?
Venues pay a small monthly subscription after a free trial at launch. There's no cut of the gig and no per-gig fees. Acts are free, with optional promo tools if they want extra visibility.
Do my regular bands have to sign up?
They'll want to: it's free for them, and they get a profile that helps them land more gigs. You can invite them straight from the app.
Is it just for bands?
No. Bands, solo musicians, DJs, comedians, magicians, quiz hosts, murder mystery troupes: if you perform in pubs, it's for you.
Is it an app or a website?
It's one app on iPhone and Android, used by both venues and performers.
How do we pay the act?
The same way you do now: cash, bank transfer or invoice. Setlist handles the booking, not the money.
I'm not in Plymouth. Can I join?
We're starting in Plymouth so the local scene is properly busy from day one. Leave your details and we'll tell you when we reach your town.
I already use GigPig or an agency. Do I have to leave?
No. Run a few nights through Setlist alongside what you do now and see how it feels.
